摘　　要：目的 探讨开放肾手术介乎气压弹道碎石治疗肾复杂铸型的同手术期配合.方法 回顾性分析23例采用肾窦内肾盂加肾后下部切开结合气压弹道碎石术治疗肾复杂铸型结石患者的围手术期护理配合.结果 经积极的术前、术后处理23例患者均安全度过围手术期.结论 术前充分准备、心理护理和正确卫牛指导,术后加强观察及注重基础护理,对患者提高手术耐受,预防并发症发生,早日康复有积极意义.Objective To explore the nursing cooperation during the perioperative period of open renal surgery combined with pneumatic lithotripsy for branched calculi. Methods The perioperative nursing measures for 23 patients who had undergone an incision of the renal pelvis in the sinus and a posterior incision of the lower part of the kidney combined with pneumatic lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results With proper preoperative and postoperative management, all of the patients spent the perioperative period safely. Conclusions It is of great significance to raise patients＇ tolerance to operation, prevent complications, and facilitate physical recovery by preoperarively offering careful preparation, psychological nursing, and correct health education, and by postoperatively strengthening clinical observation and basic care.
