摘　　要：目的 探讨临床护理路径在全髋关节置换术中的应用效果.方法 将58例全髋关节置换术患者随机分成实验组和对照组各29例,实验组入院时按临床护理路径方式进行护理,对照组采用传统护理方式护理.结果 实验组住院天数减少、并发症发生率降低,自理能力及满意度均有较大提高,与对照组相比,均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 临床护理路径应用于全髋关节置换术患者中,可促进患者康复,提高护理质量.Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods 58 patients undergoing total hip replacement were randomly assigned to receive care with clinical nursing pathway （study group, 29 patients） or conventional nursing （control group, 29 patients）. Results As compared with the control group, hospital stay was shortened, and satisfaction degree and ability of self-care were increased in the study group there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway to patients undergoing total hip replacement can promote recovery in the patients and improve nursing quality.
