人文关怀在老年住院患者安全护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索人文关怀在老年住院患者安全护理中的作用。方法将326例老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组各163例，对照组采取传统护理方式护理，实验组在传统护理基础上给予人文关怀，比较两组患者的安全意外发生率和护理满意度。结果实验组的安全意外发生率明显低于对照组；满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．01。结论人文关怀提升了对老年患者的护理安全管理效能，提高护理服务满意度，促进了老年患者的康复。Objective To explore the role of humanistic care in the safety nursing for elderly hospitalized patients. Methods 326 elderly patients were randomly assigned to receive either conventional nursing procedures （control group, 163 patients）, or the same procedures plus humanistic care （study group, 163 patients）. The incidence of accidents in patients and patient抯 satisfaction of care were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of accidents in patients was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, while satisfaction of care was significantly higher in the study group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Humanistic care can enhance the efficiency of safety management for elderly patients, improve satisfaction of care, promote the recovery of elderly patients.
