摘　　要：装备维修效益评价是装备管理的重要内容。运用价值工程原理,研究了装备维修效益评价问题,分析了航空装备维修效益评价的相关要素,建立了评价指标体系和评价模型,并结合实例进行了分析验证。Equipment maintenance effectiveness evaluation was an important issuse of equipment manegement.The thesis studied the issues of evaluation of aircraft maintenance effectiveness,discussed the factors that had impacts on the aircraft maintenance effectiveness,build the evaluation index system,established evaluation model by using of the principle of value engineering（VE）.At last,the paper gave the example of application to verify that the model was reasonable.
