摘　　要：目的:探讨中性粒细胞在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面早期进行性损伤中的作用。方法:分析360例烧伤患者的血常规检查报告中性粒细胞的变化,观察烧伤深Ⅱ度创面的愈合时间。结果:入院时中性粒细胞均高于正常,很快降至正常的创面愈合快,下降慢的深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间延长。结论:中性粒细胞导致的创面损伤可能烧伤后即发生,入院后应使用抗氧化剂及蛋白酶抑制剂。Objective：To observe the role of neutrophils in early progressive injury of deep partial-thickness burn wound.Methods：The neutrophils in 360 cases of deep partial-thickness burn wound were counted,and the recovery time was observed.Results：The count of neutrophils in all the patients was high at the time of admission.The faster the count of neutrophils descended,the longer the recovery time was.Conclusions：The tissue injury induced by neutrophils occurs before hospitalization.Anti oxidant agent and proteinase inhibitor should be administered immediately after the patients are hospitalized.
