摘  要:在实验室高温电炉条件下,采用铅精矿和富铅渣之间的交互反应对熔池熔炼还原段进行了研究。分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、渣型选择、配料比等对炼铅各主要技术经济指标的影响。在最优条件下:终渣含铅2.61%,铅的回收率(以渣计)98.21%,脱硫率91.5%,烟气烟尘率33.63%,粗铅产率22.76%,渣产率43.61%。Under the conditions of laboratory's high temperature furnace,the interaction between lead concentrates and lead-rich slag in reducing smelting is researched,The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the composition of slag and the rate of ingredients on the impact of technical and economic indicators in lead smelting are studied respectively.Under the best conditions of technology,the lead content in slag is 2.61%,use lead calculated the rate of recycly of lead is 98.21%,the removal efficiency of sulfur is 91.5%,the output rate of flue gas and dust is 33.63%,the recovery of crude lead is 22.76%,and the yield rate of slag is 43.61%.
