摘　　要：针对刮板输送机传动系统故障率较高的特点,基于组态王监控平台,结合刮板输送机数据采集装置和无线信号传输模块,设计了一套刮板输送机状态监测系统,实现了对电动机的转速、机身温度、电压、电流、减速器的油温、油位、高低速轴轴温、冷却水流量和温度等参数的实时显示、故障报警、报表查询、存储和打印功能。Aiming at the feature that drive system of scraper conveyor has high failure rate, based on cofiguration King, commbining with data acquisition device and wireless communication module,a condition monitoring system of scraper conveyor is designed. The system can detect the speed,body temperature, voltage, current of the electrmotor and the oil temperature, oil level, temperature of highspeed and low-speed shaft, flow and temperature of cooling water. The system realizes the function of displaying parameters real-timely, fault alarm, report query, storage and printing.
