摘　　要：利用可编程控制器(PLC)和组态软件实现带式输送机的自动化运行。使用可编程控制器作为下位机,进行现场监控,在上位机中利用组态软件实现对带式输送机的实时监控。给出了可编程控制器硬件电路设计、顺序功能图以及组态软件的设计概念。The programmable logic controller （PLC） and the configuration software to realize automated conveyor belt were exploited. Uses the programmable controller as the next-bit machine to monitor the scene, the configuration software in upper monitor for real-time monitoring of belt conveyor. The concepts of the programmable controller hardware circuit design, sequential function chart, as well as configuration software design were given.
