摘　　要：封闭的双向回程螺纹杆是机械行业中比较特殊的零件,也是加工中的一项难题。虽然数控车床中常用的螺纹车削循环指令很多,但是对于此类零件始终不能加工出令人满意的效果。基于GSK980T数控车床系统,在深入分析G32螺纹切削指令的基础上,通过几种螺纹切削指令比较,讨论了利用G32螺纹切削指令加工封闭双向回程特殊螺纹的方法,并获得满意效果。Thread closed under the two-way return trip is more special machinery parts, but also a difficult process. Although commonly used in CNC lathe turning cycle instruction thread, but for the processing of such parts can not be a satisfactory result. CNC lathe GSK980T based systems, in-depth analysis of the G32 thread cutting instruction, based on several thread cutting instructions, and discuss the G32 thread cutting use of closed two-way command processing methods return a special thread, and get satisfactory results.
