摘 要:为了解昆明地区猪戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染的情况,从昆明地区12个规模化养猪场和部分散养户采集了270份猪血清,采用间接ELISA方法对血清样本进行抗HEV抗体检测。检测结果显示,235份规模化养猪场猪血清抗HEV抗体阳性率为59.15%,35份散养户猪群血清中抗HEV抗体阳性率为74.29%,其中3月龄以上的育肥猪HEV抗体阳性率较高,为75%。结果表明,昆明地区猪群普遍存在HEV感染,尤其是仔猪和生长育肥猪HEV的感染较为严重。The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of swine hepatitis E virus (HEV) infection in Kunming region. 270 swine sera from Kunming region were collected and antibodies to HEV were detected by indirect ELISA. The result showed that the positive rate in scale pig farms was 59.15 percent, and the positive rate in scatter-feed pigs was 74. 29 percent, and was highest with 75 percent in the fattening pig. It indicated that the swine HEV was widespread in Kunming region, especially in piglets and growth pigs.
