摘　　要：三聚氰胺作为一种化工原料,被不法商人添加于食品,牟取暴利,人们开始关注三聚氰胺,其究竟是什么物质,对机体会产生什么危害,这些危害是怎么产生的,怎么检测其是否存在于我们日常食用或使用的物品里,为了让公众对三聚氰胺有所了解,就其理化性质、接触途径、毒性、代谢及作用机制等进行系统的阐述,以便增强人们的防范意识,打击不法行为,确保此类事件不再重演。As a chemical material, melamine is used in food additives by unscrupulous tradersfor profits. People pay attention to melamine. What is it？ What specifical hazards dose it bring about？ How are these hazards created？ How to detect whether it exists in our daily life, and so on. These issues were discussed. In order to ensure that such incidents do not recur, the characteristics of melamine were reviewed to en- hance people＇s awareness of prevention and fight against illegal acts.
