摘　　要：中亚和中东欧在冷战时期同样奉行的是社会主义制度,实行同样的意识形态,都与前苏联有着十分密切的关系;冷战结束后同时开启民主化之路,都受到前苏联、俄罗斯、欧盟和美国等外部力量的影响,但结果却存在很大差异。中东欧已经基本实现了民主化,而中亚尚处于民主化的缓慢发展阶段。本文从中亚和中东欧民主化进程国际比较的视角,探讨民主化的初始条件、目标模式、外部环境等因素对民主化进程的影响。During the cold war,the countries of Central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe all pursued socialist system,and had close relationship with the former Soviet Union;after the cold war,on their way to democratization,they were all influenced by such powers as the former Soviet Union,Russia,EU,US,ect.But consequently there is a big difference.The countries of Central and Eastern Europe have achieved democratization,while those of Central Asia are still slow in the development of democratic system.From the perspective of the international comparison of democratization process of central Asia and Middle East Europe,this paper aims to explore the influence of the initial condition,the objective model,the external environment on the process of democratization.
