摘　　要：随着市政工程建设项目日渐增多,工程成本控制越发显得重要。本文通过分析市政施工成本控制中出现的问题,对市政施工企业进行成本控制应采取的措施进行了探讨。With the increasing of municipal construction projects,project cost control has become more and more important.Through the analysis of municipal construction cost control problems,this paper discusses the cost control measures for municipal construction enterprises.
