摘　　要：核均势下的大国和平崛起,世界权力和平转移是一条不可逾越的定律;核均势下的中美战略竞争,中在最低限度的确保相互摧毁的战略稳定之下,经济力量作为居于主宰地位的地缘政治因素具有终极决定作用;中国经济的不断成长不可避免地促使中美力量日趋平衡,即中国实现和平崛起。With the peaceful rise of a greater power under the nuclear equilibrium, the peaceful transfer of world power is an insurmountable law. In the Sino-American strategic contest under nuclear parity, with the strategic stability that both China and the US ensure mutual destruction to the minimal degree, economic power as a dominant geopolitical factor plays an ultimate determining role. So the unceasing growth of China＇s economy will inevitably bring about more balanced Sino-American power relationship. That is, China completes its peaceful rise.
