摘　　要：目的研究经血宁胶囊有效部位(JXN-C)凝血作用及其作用机制,为经血宁胶囊治疗出血症提供科学依据。方法:(1)JXN-C对凝血时间(coagulation time,CT)的影响(载玻片法和毛细玻管法);(2)JXN-C对家兔凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partialthromboplastin time,APTT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fbg)的影响;(3)测定血小板计数(platel et,PLT)和血浆复钙时间(plasma recalcification time,PRT)。结果 JXN-C高剂量(9g生药/kg)可明显缩短凝血时间(CT)和凝血酶时间(TT),可缩短自加Ca2+至纤维蛋白形成的时间即血浆复钙时间(PRT),表明具有较好的凝血作用。对凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)有缩短的趋势,对纤维蛋白原(Fbg)和血小板计数(PLT)也有增加趋势,但与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论经血宁正丁醇提取部位C(JXN-C)具有较好的凝血作用。Objective To investigate the thrombosis action and mechanism of effective fraction of Jingxuening Capsule （JXN-C）.Methods The effect of JXN-C on coagulation time （CT）was observed with glass slide and glass-tube method.The effect of JXN-C on thrombin time （TT）,prothrombin time （PRT）,activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） and fibrinogen （Fbg）content in rabbits were examined.Meanwhile,we determined the platelet （PLT） count and plasma recalcification time （PRT）.Results High-dose JXN-C （including 9 g/kg crude drug） obviously shortened CT,TT and PRT,showing better effect of thrombosis.PT and APTT showed a shortening tendency,and FBG and PLT presented an increasing tendency in JXN-C group,but the difference was significant as compared to the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion JXN-C n-butanol extract has a good thrombosis.
