广西农村9991名5岁以下儿童中度营养不良发生情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析广西农村4县5岁以下儿童营养不良发生状况及影响因素,提出相应的解决措施。【方法】用分层整群抽样的方法,调查广西农村4县的0～6岁儿童体格发育情况,以WHO标准为对照,用Z评分法评价9 991名5岁以下儿童营养不良发生情况。【结果】营养不良总发生率为31.57%,出现婴儿组（特别是6个月以内组）发生率最低,8个月开始升高,以15～18个月组最高。农民工子女营养不良发生率高于农民子女（P〈0.005）;小学文化的父母其子女营养不良发生率高于初中文化父母的子女（P〈0.01）。【结论】广西农村父母育儿知识缺乏直接婴幼儿喂养行为（特别是辅食添加）并影响儿童的生长发育。开展农村婴幼儿科学喂养指导、改变农村幼儿喂养行为,是降低营养不良发病率、提高儿童健康水平的工作重点。【Objective】Analyzing the situation and affecting factors of median dystrophy of children under five in four towns of Guangxi,and come up with solutions. 【Methods】Use stratified sampling to investigate the growth of children ranging from 0 to 6 years old in four towns of the Guangxi countryside;and use the WHO standard to evaluate the 9 991 children under five with the method Z. 【Results】The total happening rate of dystrophy was 31.57%,the happening rate in the infants group（especially those under six months） was the lowest,and the rate rose in the eight-month-old children group,and reaches its peak in the 15 to 18-month-old children group.The dystrophy rate of the migrant workers＇ children was higher than the farmers＇ children（P〈0.005）;the dystrophy rate of the children whose parents received only primary education was higher than those children whose parents received more education（P〈0.005）. 【Conclusions】The spread of breast feeding in Guangxi promotes the better growth of infants and children.Lack of the knowledge of raising children scientifically has a direct impact on parents＇ feeding action（especially food adding） and children＇s growth.Thus,the work of children＇s health care in the countryside of Guangxi should focus on guiding the parents to feed children scientifically,changing the inappropriate feeding actions and thus raise the health level of children.
