摘  要:根据国外橡胶沥青粘度技术评价指标,对目前国内常见的3种粘度技术指标进行分析研究,采用常规粘度试验,找出在170~190℃试验范围内橡胶沥青粘度指标与试验温度的关系式,确定国内3种橡胶沥青粘度技术指标的共同范围。结合高温多雨地区沥青混合料路用性能的要求,采用粘度处于共同范围内、外的橡胶沥青制备橡胶沥青混合料,分别对其马歇尔体积指标、高温稳定性能及水稳定性能进行分析评价,最终初步确定出适合高温多雨地区的橡胶沥青粘度技术标准。研究结果表明,这3种橡胶沥青在170~190℃范围内其粘度指标随温度变化的趋势基本相同,且由其制成的橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性能随着粘度的增大而增大,而高温稳定性能则随粘度增大到一定程度后降低。Three kinds of commonly used domestic viscosity indexes was analysed according to the foreign assessment method of viscosity indexes of rubber asphalt.The relations of viscosity index with temperatures from 170℃ to 190℃ were found out by conventional viscosity test to determine the common range of viscosity indexes of three kinds of domestic rubber asphalt.Based on the pavement performance requirements for asphalt mixture in the high temperature and rainy regions,the applicable technical criterion of rubber asphalt was preliminarily determined,considering the factors such as Marshall volume,high temperature and water stabilities of the test samples whose viscosities are inside or outside the same limits.It indicates that(1) the variation tendencies of viscosity index with temperature for the there kinds of test sample are same basically,(2) the water stabilities of the corresponding asphalt mixtures increase with the viscosity growth,but their stabilities in high temperatures descend as the viscosity growth to a certain degree.
