摘  要:寿星宝(SXB)颗粒剂是在对老年证候学调查的基础上,研制的针对老年气虚阴亏血瘀特点[1],选择具有益气养阴活血功效的黄芪、沙参、三七等中药而组成的复方,临床用以延缓衰老,改善老化症状[2]。在对脑组织蛋白质及核酸代谢的影响方面,我们作了以下研究。材料...Abstract In order to explore the mechanism of ShouXingBao Granule(SXB) on retarding ageing, we made experiment study on senile rats and observe it's effect on metabolism of nucleic acid and protein. The results showed that in the senile control group, the anabolism rate and concentration of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), ribonucleic acid(RNA) and protein(PRO) were lower than that in the young control group (1342±486,1927±1838,1348±1063vs 1935±512,3810±1845,2825±1290 and 5.0±0.21,6.3±0.75,103±36.3vs 6.1±0.23,8.5±0.79,190±40.5 respectively, P <0.05 ̄0.01). After treatment, SXB could ameliorate the anabolism of RNA and PRO and increase the content of RNA and PRO in the high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group ( P <0.05 ̄0.01). The effects were superior to that in the Huanjinjian control group ( P <0.05). The difference of DNA after treatment was not significant ( P >0.05). Abstract: In order to make further research of zishen zhixue pian, we guide to made white mice IgAN model with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B(SEB). The result showed zishen zhixue pian had the following obvious effect: decreasing urine red blood cell and protein, improving kidney function, alleviating the destruction of glomerulus, adjusting the body immunity, restraining TGF β in kidney tissue, decreasing production and deposit of mesangial matrix, decreasing the fiberization of kidney tissue. Compared with the treatment control counterpart, zishen zhixue pian has better effect than qiancao shuangzhi pian and dipyridamole( P <0.05 or P <0.01).
