摘 要:基于塑性变形体积不变和应力中性层处切向应变增量为零等变形特征,提出应变增量中性层的概念,分析了应变增量中性层的位置,推导了应变增量中性层半径的计算公式,并将应变增量中性层与应力中性层从概念和半径的计算公式等方面进行了探讨,利用数值模拟分析对所建立的计算公式进行验证,所得结果可为宽板塑性弯曲变形及其板厚变薄规律的研究提供理论依据。The conception of the strain-increment neutral layer for plastic bending sheet was presented based on constancy of volume in plastic deformation and the characteristic for the tangential strain-increment being zero at the location of stress neutral layer.The formula for determining the radius of strain-increment neutral layer was established and the character of the strain-increment neutral layer and stress neutral layer were compared with each other.The expressions presented were verified by means of numerical simulation.The results provide theoretical basis for studying on the plastic bending of wide sheet and its thickness variation.
