读书王胶囊毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：急性毒性实验表明：读书王胶囊ＬＤ５０未测出，小鼠最大耐受量（ＭＴＤ）为８４．０ｇ生药／ｋｇ体重，该剂量为临床推荐用量的３５０倍，说明读书王胶囊是安全的。长期毒性试验给大鼠以４．８ｇ生药／ｋｇ体重和１２．０ｇ生药／ｋｇ体重剂量连续灌胃６０天。动物在试验期间的食量与体重呈同步增加，行为活动极大、小便未见异常改变。试验结束对大鼠进行轿常规指标，肝、肾功能等６项生化指标检查均无明显异常。对其心、肝、肾。The toxicities of Du Shu Wang capsules were studied in animal experiments, In mice, the maximal to tolerance dose (ig) was higher than 2100mg. kg-1. Administered orally the dose of 1200 and 3000mg. kg-1 to rats on 60 consecutive days respectively, neither adverse effects were found in general physical signs, blood tests, liver and kidney function tests, nor obvious toxicities produced in histopathological examination of twelve key organs. These results indicated the Do Shu Wang capsules did not produce any serious toxicity to the body during the long - term administration. (Original article on page 51)
