摘　　要：农村公路的建设里程、养护质量,对促进城乡联系,缩小城乡差距,统筹城乡经济社会的和谐发展起着关键作用。陕西省力求建立模式化的农村公路管理养护体制,养护运行机制和养护评价考核体系,努力实现农村公路管理养护正常化、规范化和标准化,真正做到"有路必养"。在农村公路养护工作中,以创建养护示范县、示范路为统领,全面巩固农村公路建设养护成果,但在农村公路的养护中,也存在着一些突出问题需要进一步研究。The construction mileage of village highway and protect quality have a key function to narrow city margin and promote city relation,the orchestration city and village economy is good for developing social harmonious.Shaanxi province is begging to build up the village highway protects system ,protects mechanism and protects evaluation investigate system ,in order to carry out the village highway protects normally and standardize,reach the aim ＂the road necessarily protecting＂. In the village highway protecting work,establishing model village and model road to provide experience and direction instruction for aftertime＇s village highway protecting,however,there are some problems waiting to research and deal with at village highway protects.
