摘 要:设计了基于ARM7的智能化、数字化可调开关直流电源系统,对电源主电路实现了全数字控制。分析了组成系统的各类芯片的性能特点及工作原理,重点阐述数字电源系统的电路设计,ARM控制系统及其实现功能。电源系统采用BUCK变换器进行降压和调压,推挽式直流变换器进行升压,SC344B0X的ARM7芯片作为系统的控制核心。输出电压连续可调、纹波系数低于0.5%、输出电压稳定度小于0.3%,具有很好的应用价值。The digital intelligent switch power-supply system based on ARM7 was designed. The performance and working princilple of the COMS chips which constitutes the power-supply system are analysed. The circuit design, ARM control system and function implementation of the system are elaborated empnatically. The BUCK convertor is adopted in the power- supply system to reduce and adjust the output voltage and push-pull DC convertor to heighten the output voltage. The control- ling core of the power-supply system is a SC344BOX AMR7 chip. The output voltage can be regulated continuously. The output voltage stability is less than 0.3 %. And the ripple factor is less than 0.5 %. Experiment indicates that the performance of the system is stable.
