摘　　要：旅游规划体系包括法规体系、编制体系和运作体系三大部分。其中编制体系是由各个层次的规划形式共同组成的。建议将旅游活动空间划分为旅游区、旅游景区、旅游景点3个层次,将旅游规划编制体系分为基本序列和扩展序列两个部分。基本序列包括旅游业发展规划、旅游景区总体规划和旅游景点修建性详细规划3种形式,分别对应上述3个旅游活动空间层次。扩展序列包括若干种规划形式,也与3种旅游活动空间区域形成对应关系。The tourism planning system, including the legal system, the preparation of system and operational system of three parts. The preparation system is compiled by the various levels and forms of the planning system. The paper suggested that tourism space is divided into tourist areas, tourist spots, tourist attractions of three-level system, and divided the tourism planning and the preparation into the basic sequences and extended sequence of two parts. Basic sequence, including tourism development planning, the tourism scenic spots and tourist attractions overall planning, the detailed planning of the construction of scenic spots of three kinds of forms, corresponding to the above-mentioned three levels of tourism activity space respectively. Extended sequence, including several kinds of planning forms, also forming the corresponding relationship with the spatial region of the three kinds of tourism activities.
