摘  要:广州国际体育演艺中心体育馆屋盖为大跨度钢结构主次桁架体系,由10榀平面主桁架、桁架间次桁架及连系杆构成。由于跨度大,采用散件进场,拼装后单段最长41.805m,最重103t。主桁架由次桁架加上连系杆件连成一整体。吊装完成后经实测,主结构卸载点下挠值仅67mm,小于设计起拱值,证明拼装精度很高。Gymnasium roof of Guangzhou International Sports and Entertainment Center adopts large-span steel structure primary-secondary truss system. It is composed of 10 pieces of plane primary trusses, secondary truss among trusses and connection rods. Considering its large span, the roof is taken to the construction site in pieces. After assembly, maximum length of single segment is 41.805m and maximum weight is 103t. Primary truss is connected into a whole by secondary truss and connection rod. Through measurement after hoisting, down-warping value of main structure unloading point is only 67 mm, which is less than the design arch camber value. It is approved that the assembly precision is very high.
