牛蒡子药材质量与十二种元素相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究25个产地的牛蒡子药材质量与根际土壤、牛蒡营养器官、牛蒡子药材中十二种元素的相关性。方法采用HPLC法测定牛蒡子药材中牛蒡苷的含量,ICP-MS测定牛蒡营养器官、牛蒡子药材中的十二种元素,土壤中的十二种元素采用其他方法测定,并对测定结果采用SPSS13.0进行相关性分析。结果与结论牛蒡子药材的质量与Fe、Pb、As等元素具有相关性。Objective To study relevant of 25 origin Fructus Arctii quality and 12 elements in the rhizosphere soil,the vegetative organs and raw material.Methods Determination of Arctiin content in raw material for medicine by HPLC,determined 12 elements of the vegetative organs of Fructus Arctii by ICP- MS,others law detemined 12 elements of rhizosphere soil.And to carry on the relevant analysis by SPSS13.0 software.Results Raw material for Fructus Arctii quality and Fe,Pb,As element were a signifi cant correlation.Conclusion It provided reference for the evaluation medicine quality of Fructus Arctii .
