摘　　要：目的研究肠卫士植物胶囊作为保健食品的安全性。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验,Ames试验,小鼠骨髓微核试验,小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验,30d喂养试验,观察肠卫士植物胶囊的毒理作用。结果雌雄小鼠急性经口毒性试验,属无毒级;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验和小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验均未检出诱变活性;样品30d喂养试验的最大未观察到最大无作用剂量(NOAEL)为2000mg/kgb.w.。结论肠卫士植物胶囊无明显毒性,符合保健食品的安全性要求。Objective To research the security and toxicological of Changweishi plant capsule.Methods To observe the toxicology effect of Changweishi plant capsule with the mouse acute toxicity test,the Ames test,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test,mouse testicular primary spermatocyte chromosomal aberration test and 30-day feeding ,etc.Results The acute toxicity test is the non-toxic level,the Ames test,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test,mouse testicular primary spermatocyte chromosomal aberration test had not detected Mutagenic activity;the 30-day feeding study,NOAEL was 2 000 mg/kg b.w.Conclusion Changweishi plant capsule had not obvious toxicity.
