摘　　要：通过检测脾细胞增殖反应以及白介素１（ＩＬ－１）和白介素２（ＩＬ＿２）活性，研究了绞股蓝总皂甙（ＧＰ）体外对免疫细胞功能的影响。结果表明，ＧＰ（２～５０ｍｇ／Ｌ）可明显促进刀豆蛋白Ａ诱导小鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖反应和脂多糖诱导Ｂ淋巴细胞增殖反应；ＧＰ还可促进大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生ＩＬ＿１活性以及脾细胞产生ＩＬ＿２活性。这些结果提示。The splenocyte proliferation and the activities of interleukin_1(IL_1) and interleukin_2 (IL_2) were measured to study the effects of gypenosides on immune function of rats in vitro.The results showed that gypenosides (2～50 mg/L) could promote the canavaline_A_induced proliferation of T lymphocytes and the lipopolysaccharides_induced proliferation of B lymphocytes,and enhance theactivitiesofIL_1ofperitonealmacrophagesandIL_2ofsplenocytes.Itissuggestedthat gypenosides exert an immunoenhancement effect.
