摘　　要：目的利用高效液相色谱法测定六味地黄丸中梓醇的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(1:99),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果梓醇的线性范围为20～200ng/mL(Y=4097.9X+815.06,r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为2.07%。结论该方法简便、准确,可以用于六味地黄丸中梓醇的质量控制。Objective To determinate the catalpol contents in Liuweidihuang pills.Methods HPLC was used on Kromasil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid （1：99） as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results Catalpol had a good linear in the range of 20 ~200 ng/mL,the average recovery was 100.24% with RSD of 2.07%.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate.It can be used as the quality control method of Liuweidihuang pills.
