开心胶囊不同提取工艺对大鼠血清心肌酶及心电图的影响

摘　　要：对开心胶囊Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号分别采取三种不同的提取方法，观察了各种提取方法对垂体后叶素造成的心肌缺血模型大鼠血清中心肌酶水平、心电图心肌缺血阳性率的影响。结果提示：缺血模型组心肌酶水平明显增高，开心胶囊各组可以不同程度的减少心肌酶的释放，三种提取方法中，以水醇分别提取法能最大程度地减少心肌酶的释放，改善心电图，有较好的抗心肌缺血作用。Influences of three preparations of Kaixin Capsule Ⅰand Ⅱ on serum myocardial enzyme and myocardial ischemia positive rate on ECG in model rats were observed and the rat model was established by injection of pituitrin.The results showed that all Kaixin Capsules prepared by various extractions decreased the level of myocardial enzyme, and Kaixin Capsule prepared by water and ethanol extraction individually exerted a better effect in inducing the release of myocardial enzyme and improving ECG, and may serve as the optimal technology of preparation.
