摘  要:由于量子点的特殊结构导致其产生表面效应、量子尺寸效应、介电限域效应和量子隧道效应,所以量子点具有许多有别于传统体相材料的光学性能。近四十年来,量子点的合成一直是人们关注的热点,从有机相到水相,从低荧光量子产率到高荧光量子产率,从短荧光寿命到长荧光寿命,量子点的制备技术在不断发展。目前更高荧光量子产率及更稳定发光性能的量子点的制备及其在各领域的应用依然是广大科研工作者关注的焦点。将对各种制备量子点的方法进行梳理,并对量子点制备及应用进行展望。Due to the special structure of quantum dots it produced led to the surface effect, quantum size effect, dielectric confinement effect and quantum tunneling effect, which derive a number of optical properties different from the traditional bulk materials. Nearly four decades, the synthesis of quantum dots has been a hot topic. From the organic phase to water phase, from a low quantum yield to high quantum yield and fluorescence lifetime from the short to long fluorescence lifetime, the preparation technology of quantum dot has been developing. Presently, Preparation and application in various fields of quantum dots with the higher fluorescence quantum yield and more stable light--emitting properties are still the focus of the vast number of scientific workers. This paper will sort out the various preparation methods and the future development of quantum dots preparation was prospected.
