摘　　要：我国的粮食直接补贴政策是我国政府为解决农业发展、农民增收等问题,采取的一系列惠农政策和措施之一,对保护粮食稳定生产,调动农民种粮积极性,起到了关键的作用。各地结合当地的实际采用各种方式计算补贴金额,起到了一定的政策效果。但应当看到在实施过程中仍然存在不少问题,本文相应提出了一些解决的措施和方法。China＇s grain policy of direct subsidies is one of the series of preferential agricultural policies and measures to solve the problems of agricultural development,farmers’ income increasing,etc.It plays a key role in the protection of stability of grain production and stimulates farmers’ enthusiasm for growing grain.It is effective that the amount of subsidy is calculated in various ways combined with the local conditions.But during the implementation,there are many existing problems.Accordingly,this paper proposes some measures and methods to solve them.
