摘　　要：北宋词人对于人的存在与意义、人的生命与价值有着非常自觉的思考。在繁华盛景中,词人们却常常感慨时光流失和生命短暂,抒写人生的无奈。其作品中既有对建功立业的渴望,又有理想幻灭后的悲惨凄迷,更多的是摆脱不了现实烦恼和忧患所作的一种精神上的挣扎。北宋词人浓郁的生命意识和审美倾向是由北宋时期特定的历史条件、特定的社会环境决定的。During the Northern Song Dynasty（960-1127）,the poets had intentionally engaged in introspection on the human beings＇ existence and significance,and life and its value.While their description of the spectacular prosperity of the society,they expressed in their poems their spiritual experiences： the flying time and the short span of life;having no choices in life;the seeking for fames;the sadness of being not able to achieve life goals;the annoyance of the reality and the concerns for the commoners.Their strong sense of life and aesthetic choice had been determined by the peculiar historic and social environment.
