摘  要:快速闸门是大型低扬程水泵站常用的断流设施。在水泵机组起动期间流道出水水位上升速率较大,从而电动机负载力矩大,易引起起动失败。在快速闸门上设置分流拍门后,水泵一般都能够顺利起动,并且可在同步电动机投励牵入同步后再开启快速闸门。当电动机过载系数、出水池纵向长度、胸墙顶部高程等参数一定,如果要求胸墙不溢流,则分流拍门面积存在最小值,可通过水泵起动过渡过程计算确定。水泵起动过渡过程至少有2个阶段(当胸墙顶部溢流时有3个阶段)组成,各个阶段水头平衡方程不同。对大型立式轴流泵站,一般分流拍门面积可取快速闸门面积的15%~20%。Rapid-drop gates are usually used to cut off flow in large low-lift pumping stations.Because water level in outlet rises up quickly,the pump is easily failed to start.Flap valves being set in rapid-drop gate,the pumps can start smoothly and the rapid-drop gates can be operated to rise after synchronous motors are synchronized.If overflow isn't required to occur on breast wall,there is minimum value of area of flap valve which can be determined by the calculated of start transient process of pump.The start transient process includes more than two stages(three stages,when overflow on top of breast wall) in which the head balance equation is different from each other.For large vertical axial flow pumping station,the area of flap valve can be 15%~20% of area of rapid-drop gate.
