摘 要:南水北调东线工程淮安城区段里运河底泥处理是根据底泥污染程度,确定底泥清除范围,对底泥进行填埋处理,排泥场采用底部处理、渗沥水收集、表面处理等方面进行了专项设计,将底泥渗沥水收集后排入城市污水处理系统,底泥固化后建成城市景观绿地。这种底泥处理方法不仅确保了里运河河道调水水质要求,也有效地防止底泥的二次污染,因此,此法可供类似城市河道清淤工程借鉴。Sediment treatment technology is applied in Huai′an urban section in Canal on the Eastern Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion,which mainly includes that the scope of sediment removal is determined according to sediment pollution levels,and the mud field is applying special design of the bottom treatment,leachate collection and surface treatment.Leachate will be collected from sediments into the urban sewage treatment system.Sludge solidification and green urban landscape are built on it.This approach not only can meet the water quality requirements,but also effectively prevent the sediment secondary pollution.Therefore,this method can be a reference for similar city river dredging projects.
