摘 要:通过新疆某坎儿井式地下水库示范工程的长距离虹吸输水段管道进行输水水力学模型试验研究,观测了虹吸管安装高度不同时水流汽化现象和流态,测出管道水头与过流量关系,分析了试验值与设计值的差异。试验结果表明,在水力学模型设计时仅依据相似准则设计的虹吸输水管模型中的流动现象与原型不同,模型试验结果不能准确反映原型流动现象。对于真空有压输水管流运动的模型试验设计,除依据相似准则进行模型设计外,还必须尽可能保证模型与原型管道内的最大真空度相同,使模型试验结果较准确地反映原型管道流动现象和过流能力。同时,试验发现长距离虹吸输水管道的输水流量不仅与过流断面尺寸和上下游水位差有关,虹吸管的安装高度对其影响不可忽略。试验研究结果对管道真空输水模型试验提供了重要参考价值,同时对虹吸真空输水工程的设计与运行有一定的指导意义。During the hydraulics model test of long-distance siphon pipe water conveyance in a karez underground water demonstration project in Xinjiang,the water evaporation phenomenon and flow pattern inside the pipe with different installation heights had been observed and tested.And the relational curve about head of pipe and discharge had been made.The difference between design calculation data and experimental data was also discussed.The results indicated that if the siphon pipe model was designed only based on the similitude law,the flow phenomena in the model were different from the prototype,and the model test result could not accurately reflect the phenomena of the prototype flow.The siphon pipe flow hydraulic model should be designed according to the similitude law and simultaneously ensure the prototype and model in line with the same largest vacuum degree,which could ensure the test results more accurately to preview the prototype pipeline flow phenomena and discharge.The experimental study can provide the important reference to the pipeline vacuum water distribution model experiment,and have certain guiding sense for the design and the operation of the siphon pipe engineering.
