摘　　要：根植于改革开放和社会主义现代化建设深厚沃土上的邓小平政策思想,具有高瞻远瞩的战略性、旗帜鲜明的务实性和情真意切的民本性的时代特征。其内涵十分丰富:正确的政策是社会主义现代化建设的重要保证;政策制定要从实际出发,坚持从群众中来到群众中去,坚持民主化和科学化;政策执行要坚持原则性与灵活性相结合,坚持维护中央权威与保护地方自主权相统一。Deng Xiaoping＇s policy thought is rooted on the deep fertile soil of the reform-open policy and socialist modernization.It has historical characteristics of a long-range approach strategic,making the pragmaticality and the people＇s natural disposition.Its connotation is very rich： the correct policy is the important guarantee of socialist modernization;the policy-making needs to embark from the reality,insists to arrive in the populace and from the populace,insists on democratization and scientific style;the policy execution needs to insist principle with flexibility,insists on the unity of maintaining central authority and protecting local autonomy.
