西昌市动物血吸虫病流行病学及螺情调查

摘　　要：为制定符合西昌地区特点的血吸虫病防制对策提供依据,调查了全市及试验区(川兴镇、大兴乡、磨盘乡)动物血吸虫病的流行规律;并在试验区进行了螺情调查。结果表明,疫情较严重的动物是牛,但猪、马、羊、犬均无感染;夏、秋两季为感染高峰期,尤其以5月份感染率较高。试验区共查面积36018m2,其中有螺面积占24760m2;钉螺阳性率平均为1.20%,其中封闭大山区的磨盘乡阳性螺率最高(1.29%),半封闭二半山区大兴乡次之(1.12%),平坝区川兴镇最低(0.65%);阳性螺主要分布在道路边沟、灌溉田及周边沟和房前屋后。The epidemiology investigation on animal schistosomiasis in whole city and test countryside,such as Chuanxing,Daxing and Mopan,was done to provide a theoretical foundation for the schistosomiasis control strategy in Xichang.The distribution and infection rate of oncomelania in test countryside were also investigated.The results showed that the cattle had the highest infection rate,but the pigs,horses,sheep and dogs were not infected;the infected crest-time occurred in summer and autumn,especially in May.The 36018m2 area was detected,and the area with oncomelania was 24760m2;the average infection rate of oncomelania was 1.20%;the infection rate of oncomelania in containing mountain area was highest（1.29%）,next was hill area（1.12%）and champaign（0.65%）;the oncomelania with high infection rate mainly distributed in the ditch around road,farm and house.
