摘　　要：面对日趋激烈人才竞争和严峻就业形势,培养具有实践能力较强的体育教育专业人才,这是新时期社会对人才培养的要求。在高校体育教育专业人才培养中,如何培养学生的体育实践能力,是所有高等院校在体育教学改革中的首要任务,应从学生的可持续发展教育出发,加大实践环节教学,构建并完善多元化的实践教学环节,促进学生体育实践能力发展。Facing increasingly fierce competition for talent and severe employment situation,developing a stronger ability in physical education with practical expertise is the personnel training requirements in the new era of society.In the training of physical education major in colleges and universities,how to develop students ability to physical education practice,is that all institutions of higher the primary task of the reform of physical education in all higher institutions.Education for sustainable development of students should be starting,to increase practical links of teaching,build and perfect the diversification of the practical teaching links,to promote students＇ development of physical education practical capacity.
