摘 要:根据传热方程计算了45钢工件的透热时间,探讨了"零保温"淬火温度对钢的力学性能的影响.直径不大于70 mm的45钢工件,表面与心部达到840℃的时间相近;在780~900℃范围内随着淬火温度的升高,45钢的强度、硬度升高,经900℃"零保温"淬火后具有较高的强度和硬度;该钢"零保温"淬火后获得细小的板条状马氏体组织,其原因与奥氏体晶粒细化和奥氏体中碳分布不均匀有关.理论分析和实验结果表明45钢"零保温"淬火工艺是可行性的.The thoroughly heating time of 45 steel works was calculated by conduct heat equation.The effect of "zero time holding"quenching temperature on 45 steel's mechanic properties was studied.The results show that the heating time of the works,surface and center arrived 840℃ is close when the diameter within 70mm.In the range of 780℃~900℃,the strength and hardness of the 45 steel raise along with the quenching temperature going up.The high strength and hardness can be obtained at 900℃ with the"zero time holding" quenched.The steel's microstructures are fine and short lath Martensite after the"zero time holding" quenched,this reasons are the fined Austenite crystalline grain and the non-uniform density of carbon in Austenite.The theoretical analysis and experiment results indicate that the"zero time holding"quenching technology of 45 Steel is feasible.
