益活Ⅰ号逆转肝纤维化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察中药益气活血Ⅰ号方（益活Ⅰ号）治疗四氯化碳肝硬化模型大鼠效果。方法：采用空白对照、肝硬化模型对照和肝硬化模型治疗三组相比，应用测定肝功能、光镜、电镜下观察做对比研究。结果：益活Ⅰ号对大鼠肝纤维化有显著的逆转作用（Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：益活Ⅰ号对造模大鼠肝纤维化有显著的逆转作用并有促进肝细胞再生。Objective:To observe the curative effects of the prescription Yi huo No.I on the artificial cirrhosis of the liver made by the action of tetrachlorethane in rats.Methods:The normal perosn group was compared with the control group with artificial cirrhosis of the liver without cure and another control group of patients treated with Yi huo No I.by methods of hepatic function determination,optic microscopy and electronic microscopy.Results:Prescription Yi huo No.I showed remarkable reversional effects on the fibrosis of the liver in rats, P <0.05 Conclusion:Yi huo No I.has a remarkable reversional effect on the fibrosis of the liver in rats and also promotes regeneration of the cells of the liver and improves hepatic function.
