摘　　要：中小煤矿的泛滥对环境、资源造成了恶劣的后果。山西煤炭业的重组从现代煤炭工业的集约化、规模化特点而言,是必要的,有利于我国能源可持续发展与安全。The flooding of small and medium coal mines does great harm to the environment and resources.It is necessary to reconstruct the coal industry in Shanxi Province in accordance with the intensification and scale of the modern coal industry and it is beneficial to the sustainable development of the energy and the safety in China.
