200例足月妊娠妇女凝血功能的结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解足月妊娠妇女凝血功能指标的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用Sysmex CA-1500全自动凝血分析仪检测200例足月妊娠妇女(妊娠组)及200例健康非妊娠妇女(非妊娠组)的凝血酶原时间(PT),国际标准化比值(INR),纤维蛋白原(Fib),活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶时间(TT),并进行分析比较。结果:妊娠组的PT、INR、APTT均较非妊娠组明显缩短,Fib明显高于非妊娠组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组TT比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:产前凝血功能的检测对预防和治疗DIC的发生和发展有着重要意义。Objective：To learn the changes of blood coagulation indexes of the full-term pregnant women and its clinical significance. Methods：200 cases of full-term pregnant women（pregnancy group） and 200 cases of non-pregnant women（nonpregnancy group） were detected with Sysmex CA-1500 in prothrombin time（PT） ,international normalized ratio（INR） ,fibrinogen（Fib） ,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and thrombin time（TT） for analysis and comparison. Results：The PT、INR、APTT of pregnancy group were shorter than those of non-pregnancy group,the Fib of pregnancy group was patency higher than that of non-pregnancy group（P〈0.05） . There was no significant difference between two groups in TT（P〉0.05） . Conclusion：Antenatal examination of coagulation function has high value in prevention and treatment of pregnancy.
