摘　　要：目的:建立浊度法测定硫酸小诺霉素效价的方法。方法:采用浊度法测定硫酸小诺霉素的效价,并将浊度法与管碟法测定结果相比较。结果:浊度法与管碟法测定结果一致,浊度法测定结果可信限率较低。结论:本法简便、快捷,可用于硫酸小诺霉素的效价测定。Objective：To establish a turbidimetric method to determine Micronomicin Sulfate. Methods：The turbidimetric method was used to determine Micronomicin Sulfate,compared with diffusion method. Results：The contents of Micro-nomicin Sulfate was the same between turbidimetric method and diffusion method. The confidence limit of the turbidimetric method was lower compared with the diffusion method. Conclusion：The turbidimetric method is simple,rapid,and can be used for determining the content of Micronomicin Sulfate.
