摘　　要：目的:建立褶合光谱法测定注射用美洛西林舒巴坦中美洛西林和舒巴坦两组分的含量。方法:采用褶合光谱法,不经分离同时测定美洛西林和舒巴坦的含量。结果:美洛西林和舒巴坦两组分的平均回收率分别为100.62%和99.93%;相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.07%和0.93%(n=5)。结论:该法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for content determination of Mezlocillin Sodium-Sulbactam Sodium for Injection by convolution spectrometry. Methods：To determine Mezlocillin and Sulbactam in Mezlocillin Sodium-Sulbactam Sodium for Injection without a pre-separation procedure by Convolution Spectrometry. Results：The average recoveries of Me zlocillin and Sulbactam were 100.62% and 99.93% with RSD of 1.07% and 0.93%,respectively. Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of Mezlocillin Sodium-Sulbactam Sodium for Injection.
