数字水印在医学影像存储与传输系统中的研究与应用

摘　　要：日益发展的医学成像技术使得医学图像成为临床诊断中非常重要的辅助工具。为了保证医学图像的安全性,将数字水印技术与医学影像存储与传输系统相结合,提出了基于数字水印的防伪机制。在此基础上,设计了整个系统的体系结构,阐述了各模块的功能,重点讨论了水印技术的应用原理。实践证明,通过将加密后的病人信息根据特定的算法嵌入到医学图像当中,实现了医学图像的真实性和完整性认证,进一步增强了医学信息系统的安全性。As the development of medical imaging technology,medical imaging has become the important a in clinical diagnosis.To insure the security of the medical imaging,we combined the digital watermark technology with the picture archiving and communication system,and found the anti-counterfeiting mechanisms based on the digital watermark.On this foundation,we designed the architecture of the whole system;elaborated the function of each module;discussed the applications and principles of digital watermark.The praxis improved,putting the encrypted patient information in to the medical imaging with special algorithm can make the authenticity and integrity of medical imaging come true and get up the security of medical information system.
