摘　　要：目的了解泌尿生殖道溶脲脲原体(UU)对抗菌药物的敏感性,以指导临床合理用药。方法对本院门诊自2006年6月至2009年5月间127例UU阳性患者的药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果药敏试验中,美满霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素耐药率分别为4.7%、5.5%、7.1%、9.4%,对红霉素、四环素、阿奇霉素、氧氟沙星耐药率分别为51.2%、52.0%、52.8%、56.7%。结论治疗UU感染,临床应结合药敏试验合理用药,可以首选美满霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素。Objective To investigate the drug-sensitivity Uroplasma Urealytica（UU） among patients with sexually transmitted disease and to conduct clinical doctor to use medicine reasonably from July 2006 to May 2009.Methods 127 cases of UU infection among outpatients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The drug-sensitivity test of 8 antibiotics showed that their resistance rates to minocycline,josamycin,doxycycline and clathyromycin were 4.7%,5.5%,7.1%and 9.4% respectively,The resistance rates to erythromycine,tetracycline,azithromycine and ofloxacin were 51.2%,52.0%,52.8%,56.7% respectively.Conclusion The therapy of UU infection shoud be based on the results of UU culture and its drug-sensitivity test, doxycycline,clathyromycin,minocycline and josamycin may be used as the first choice the treatment of the UU infection.
