摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,病理特征主要是黑质多巴胺能神经元的变性死亡。本文对PD的历史发展、基底节神经传导通路、病理生理机制、病因学说和治疗进展进行系统的阐述。Parkinson＇s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease of the central norvous system, which results from the death of dopaminergic neuron in the substantia nigra. Here we review on Parkinson＇s disease about the history, the basal ganglia of PD, pathophysiological mechanisms, etiology and treatment.
