摘　　要：目的 探讨严重胸外伤致急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断和治疗.方法 对42例严重胸外伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）患者的诊断、治疗进行分析与总结.结果 全组死亡11例,死亡率26.2%,主要死亡原因是多器官功能衰竭.结论 早期诊断,保持呼吸道通畅,正确使用呼吸机治疗,及时处理休克和多发伤等综合治疗,是降低本病死亡率的有效方法.Objective To probe into the diagnosis and treatment of severe thoracic injury complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）. Methods Forty - two cases of severe thoracic injury were selected, and the early diagnosis and treatment were discussed. Results Thirty - one cases survived and 11 cases died. The death was mainly caused by MSOF. Conclusion Early diagnosis, clear respiratory tract, correct application of mechanical ventilation and correct treatment of shock and multiple injuries are effective methods to decrease mortality of ARDS.
