高校学生宿舍空气细菌总数的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解高校学生宿舍空气微生物污染情况,并分析造成污染的相关因素。提高大学生对细菌认识的水平,改善大学生的不良生活习惯,提高大学生宿舍的空气质量。[方法]采用自然沉降法对大学生宿舍126个采样点进行空气细菌总数监测。[结果]大学生宿舍空气细菌总数合格率为81.48%,在不同时间、不同性别、不同楼层空气细菌总数合格率不同,各项空气细菌总数合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]大学生宿舍空气存在一定的微生物污染,需采取有效的综合防治措施。[Objective] To understand the microbial air pollution in college dormitories, and analyze the factors related to pollution. To raise students’ awareness on the level of bacteria to improve the students bad habits, improve air quality in students’ dormitories. [Methods] Used natural sedimentation to monitor total bacterial count of 126 sampling points in dormito- ries. [Results] The qualified rate of total bacterial count in the air was 81.48%, the qualified rates of airborne total bacterial counts were significantly different （P﹤0.01） at different times, different genders, different floors. [Conclusion] There is a certain microbial contamination in college dormitory, it should take effective prevention measures.
