探讨母儿血型不合治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨有效的治疗母儿血型不合的方法。[方法]采用中西医结合的方法对42例患者进行综合治疗。[结果]经过中西医结合治疗,42例患者中,治疗有效的39例,有效率为92.86%,治疗无效的3例,为7.14%;42例均顺利分娩,其中剖宫产18例,顺产22例,经产钳助产的有2例,新生儿全部存活,存活率100%。[结论]通过中西医结合治疗后,母儿血型不合的治疗效果非常显著。[Objective] To explore the effective treatment method for maternofetal blood group incompatibility. [Methods] Comprehensive treatment combined integrated tcm-wc to treat 42 patients. [Results] In 42 patients, 39 patients were with effective treatment, the effective rate was 92.86%, while others were 3 cases, 7.14%; 42 cases smoothly delivered, including 18 cases of cesarean section, 22 cases of spontaneous delivery, 2 cases through forceps delivery and neonates all survived, the survival rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Using comprehensive treatment combined integrated tcm-wc, the curative effect on maternofetal blood group incompatibility is significantly good.
